the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel like VIPs. the room was spacious and beautifully designed, with exclusive amenities that added to the overall sense of luxury. the private facilities were especially noteworthy, allowing us to unwind in our own space and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The one minor issue we encountered was a minor mix-up with our in-room breakfast order. the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a delicious spread that made up for the error.
